SSCA101 combines two technology; SSC101 and SGS101 to generate tissue mimics (spinal cord assembloid) which can be utilized tissue replacement therapy and drug screening platfom. Spinal cord is a neural tissue composed of multiple cell types such as neurons, vascular cells, and glial cells including astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. SuPine Therapeutics has developed the technology to generate multicellular assembloid by combining ECM-based biomaterials and patient-specific stem cells that are derived by direct conversion.
